This privacy policy indicates what information is collected about you, how it is used and what rights you have in relation to the personal data we hold and process. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this privacy policy.

Registration Forms
We will collect important information about your health prior to your attendance in order to ensure your safety in class. This information is shared only with the instructor taking your class. This information includes;
Contact details such as your name, address, mobile/telephone number/s and email address.
Details relating to your health and fitness and preferences as disclosed by you to us on your registration as a member of Centre Focused Pilates.
Details of other information you have given us, such as, your birthday, occupation, any relationship information, who referred you to us, your hobbies/interests and Pilates aims.
Emergency contact information.
If your personal health and fitness information changes (for example because of an illness or an injury), please talk to your instructor face to face or via email; we may ask you to fill out a new medical assessment form. In all cases, we store this information securely on a protected laptop.

If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
Details of your past and scheduled appointments and class attendance dates.
Details of transactions you carry out and of the fulfilment of your orders.
Where we store your personal data and for how long
The information you disclose to us about your personal health and fitness is stored on a secure laptop that is password protected which only our instructors can access.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access. You do not need to send us personal medical information through the internet; we can collect this in person.
We store your personal data as long as it is necessary to keep it for the Permitted Purposes, or, where we have relied on your consent to keep your personal data, once you withdraw your consent for us to do so, and we are not otherwise legally permitted or required to keep the data.
Computer browsing
We use third party services such as Google analytics that collect, monitor and analyse browsing history when viewing our website. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
You may refuse to accept cookies by activating the setting on your browser which allows you to refuse the setting of cookies. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you visit our web page or booking website.

Our website service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site and therefore their relevant privacy policy.

The protection of your personal information is important to us. We strive to protect it in all means reasonably required by us to do so. However, as no form of data transmission is 100% reliable we cannot guarantee it’s absolute security. Therefore we make no warranties as to the level of security afforded to your data. We will however always act in accordance with the relevant Ukraine legislation.
